Is it not possible to cratee affordable ownership opportunities for people earning minimum wage?I figured that those who live in unsubsidized housing are bearing the carrying costs, and if they can rent it, it should be ownable for the same price or less.Since nobody else seems to be doing it, I want to step up the the plate and cratee a revolution in home ownership.For those who may be wondering, I do not see home ownership as a ticket to wealth and an eventual windfall for low earners (that era is probably over).I see home ownership for low earners as a crucial defensive position to lock in or stabilize housing costs something low earners need desperately but cannot do today. |
